All rooms have Air-conditioning, that chills to the soul. We have government power that is constant, we however have 2 heavy duty generators on standby. While there are downtime on the generators to rest, we have inverters that carry all the ACs, so you will not notice the change, with our own private generator to cover the down-time. So, you are sure to never have a single heat. We have a ded8cayed housekeeper who is available 24/7 since he lives on the Premises. The area is very, very secure with the estate having its own uniformed security guards, night and day while the main street is also gated and manned with uniformed ManOWar security. Conservation Centre that we face also has armed Police guarding the area. We have Chevron opposite with Police and rapid response vehicles(although we have never had cause to use them). We also have a Police station just 4/5mins away. This gives absolute comfort. There are restaurants with Uber and Bolt delivery all around.. There are also different activities to do all around the area, please take a look at our specially made Guidebook for the property. The pool is a private pool only for my unit. It is NOT an estate pool as this was done specifically for my guest in mind. The area is gated off to prevent neighbours or other shortlet guests from accessing the pool, so my guests can enjoy their privacy and time with us. The whole area is so quiet and peaceful. We do not provide soap, excerpt liquid soap for dish washing, while our washing machine takes care of your washing. Laundry is free and comes with the booking. NOTE: Contact numbers are only released by Airbnb AFTER Airbnb confirms booking. Pls, do not ask for phone numbers before then. All spaces within the property, Pool, parking spaces and driveway. Our pool is strictly for our guests and not for the whole estate as such, we are able to keep its use clean. We chlorinate to kill germs and filter out our pool after each guest checks out, when used. We have attached a picture of our pool filter. We ensure the strictest cleaning of our spaces, which includes wiping even the walls down, doorframes etc (l am a bit OCD with cleaning). We are germophobic here!
