Our newly renovated apartment in the country house style has a size of about 60 m². It can accommodate up to 4 adults. Enjoy a wonderful stay in the middle of nature near the Baltic Sea. Thanks to Wi-Fi and Pay TV (Sky), even rainy days can be spent relaxing. The apartment consists of a large living room with sofa bed, 1 bedroom with double bed (1.60 x 2.00), modern bathroom (downstairs) and a kitchen with all the necessary utensils. The space The apartment is located in a quiet residential area of the small village of Hanshagen, surrounded by forest and fields and only about 8 km from the Baltic Sea. The property offers a living space of about 60 m², divided into two fully heated floors. On the ground floor is the newly renovated bathroom in a modern style with a large shower, sink and toilet. In the spacious living room, which impresses with beautiful old beams, there is the dining table, sofa bed (up to 1.60 x 2.00) and a TV with free use of Sky where, for example, Bundesliga and exciting movies can be watched. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.60 m wide). If necessary, an extra bed for children up to three years of age will be provided free of charge. In the kitchen, all necessary utensils such as a refrigerator, stove, oven, etc. are available. The property also includes a private outdoor parking space on the driveway. Free Wi-Fi and pay TV (Sky) are available throughout the property. In Greifswald, about 10 km away, there is a large shopping mall with all kinds of shops. Here you will also find the nearest grocery store. From your vacation home, you can reach the nearest forest after a five-minute walk, which invites you to walk and hike. The nearest beach can be found in the spa town of Lubmin, about ten to fifteen minutes away by car. Also visit Greifswald-Wieck, an old fishing village with various restaurants directly on the harbor. Active vacationers take a trip to the climbing park in Greifswald.
