The room in the resort condominium "VIVI Atami Shizenkyo" located in the historic villa area "Shizenkyo" in Atami is available for private use. Attached to the LiVEMAX RESORT Atami forest hotel, guests can use the facility's spacious natural hot spring bath, dry moist sauna, and kids' corner. Relax and unwind from daily fatigue with the deep green view from the open-air bath. The space ■ Interior The living room is furnished with a large sofa and a big screen TV. You can use it spaciously for meals, games, workcations, etc. Please forget about your busy days and enjoy a relaxing time in the hot spring, and enjoy the unique time here in this restful space. There are also tabletop stoves and takoyaki (octopus dumplings) available for cooking hot pots and takoyaki. Guest access The room is one unit within “VIVI Atami Shizengō,” a resort condominium located in the historic villa area of Atami known as Shizengō. Our accommodation is adjacent to LiVEMAX RESORT Forest Atami, and guests may use certain hotel facilities such as the hot springs and kids’ room. If you have any questions regarding the use of the hotel facilities listed below, or if you need to make advance reservations, please contact the front desk of LiVEMAX RESORT Forest Atami Hotel. Additional fees will be charged if nearby residents report due to excessive noise, smoking, fouling, damage, vomiting, etc. caused by the customer. In the worst case scenario, you will be asked to leave the room immediately. If you do not agree to the above, please refrain from making a reservation. ■ Check-in 4:00 PM - 11:00pm. ■ Check-out Please leave the room by 10:00 AM at latest. ※ A fine shall be charged if fail to check-out by the above mentioned time. ■ Prohibited acts ・Late checkout without notice and completion of payment beforehand（Fine 2750JPY / 15min） ・Disposal or other signs of cigarettes in and around the building (55,000 JPY) ・Noise nuisance that can cause trouble with the neighbors (especially during midnight and early morning) (Fine 33,000 JPY) ・Disposal of garbage in inappropriate way (if you wish to take out the trash, please contact us beforehand) (Fine 33,000 JPY) ・Staying with more people than the original number of guests booked for (22,000 JPY × number of people) ・Damages to the property or loss of items ・Please count to the number of people if there is a drop-in or check-in without accommodation. ・Guests only under high school age are not allowed to stay on the premises. ・Bringing and using fire pits and charcoal grills. ■ Submission of guest information All guests are required to submit the following information. • Name, address, occupation and nationality • Passport image ※ Please cooperate to comply with the accommodation-related laws. ※ Customers living in Japan also need to submit their ID cards with photos. ※ Failure to submit may result in cancellation of the reservation. ※ We are responsible for managing your personal information and do not provide, sell, or share it with any third party.We may submit it only if there is a request accompanied by legal obligations such as the police. ■ Other ・There is no room wear and cooking seasoning in the room, so please bring your own. ・In order to protect the safety of guests, security cameras are installed in front of the building entrance and rooms. ・Our facility is located in the Hakone area, which is rich in nature. Therefore, insects (ants, mantis, centipedes, etc.), spiders, and wild animals (wild boars, civets, monkeys, snakes, geckos, etc.) inhabit the area around the facility regardless of the season. If you see a wild animal, please refrain from approaching it or yelling or otherwise provoking it. Although we carefully check the rooms at the time of each cleaning and take regular measures to eliminate and prevent insects, we are unfortunately unable to completely prevent insect infestation.
