You can walk to everything downtown Memphis has to offer, including the famous Beal St, The Orpheum Theater, FedEx Forum, Dozens of Restaurants & Bars, and The National Civil Rights Museum. Other things to note We are right above SOB Restaurant and there will be noise that's noticeable during their normal hours of operation of 11am-9pm (10pm on weekends). We feel the convenience and fun nightlife energy just adds to the experience, but if you need more peace and quite...just make sure you reserve a room on the 3rd floor (units 301-305). Refunds will not be given due to noise level in apartment, rent at your own risk...but trust us, you will love it! **There is NO elevator on the property.
