Other things to note ➤ The building is historic, with thinner walls, so street, restaurant, and neighbor noise may be heard. ➤ Quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm. Please keep noise to a minimum. ➤The apartment is directly above SOB Restaurant, which operates 11am–9pm (10pm on weekends). If you need more quiet, consider booking a 3rd-floor unit (301–305), ask us if you need help! ➤ No refunds will be given for noise level, so rent at your own risk, but we’re confident you'll love it! ➤There is no elevator on the property. ➤ No parties, events, smoking, vaping, marijuana use, or open flames (candles, incense, sage). ➤ No pets are allowed.
