Upon entry, the house welcomes you with built-in benches and a storage closet for shedding layers and storing gear as you come and go. There is an open area at the front of the house which is arranged as a living room, dining room, and open-concept gourmet kitchen. A modern wood fireplace is intended to warm the atmosphere and eliminate the chill on cooler nights. This common area of the house sprawls out onto the outdoor patio and it allows inviting seating for long conversations or good books. The kitchen is outfitted with only the best; high-end appliances, granite countertops, and a large pantry allow for the chef in the family to enjoy preparing a meal while others sit at the island or relax in the living room. The flooring throughout the house is stained concrete with radiant heat which uniformly and comfortably heats the house. You’ll appreciate the easy cleanup and the welcoming warmth throughout. Down the hall, there are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The first bedroom faces the water and uses a detached bathroom located directly across the hallway. The bedroom is furnished with one set of bunk beds, a twin over double, and this is the only non-suite bathroom and it is intended to serve guests as well. At the end of the hall, a large master bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, a dresser, a closet, and an incredible private deck. The en-suite bathroom for this master features a soaking tub as well as a standing tile shower. There is also a designated laundry room on the ground level. Two more suites are located on the second level, each of the bedrooms is furnished with a queen bed, a dresser, a closet, and enjoys a private balcony overlooking the grounds and the ocean. Unique amenities like this allow for guests to enjoy a moment to themselves while still getting away from it all with family and friends. A spiral staircase ascends from the second level to the crow’s nest. This intricate detail is heaven for guests who have an appreciation for tree-houses, forts, or cupulas. There is a twin bed under the spiral stairs and two more nested into the top. As you can imagine, this fun use of space allows for some of the best views on the rental market.
