The captivating scenery is sure to leave a lasting impression on your heart. The space On clear nights, you will have the opportunity to admire the stunning beauty of the stars. Additionally, between April and December, when the firework festival takes place in Atami, you can enjoy the captivating sight of fireworks. The advantage is that you can appreciate these displays in complete privacy, without the need to go to crowded places. For your BBQ needs, we offer a gas grill. You can savor your BBQ experience on the terrace, which is conveniently covered by a roof. Nearby stores provide the option to purchase fresh fish and vegetables, ensuring a delightful culinary experience. *HOUSE The house layout features a 2LDK design, which includes a living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bath, and 2 toilets. Furthermore, there is a laundry machine with a dryer, making it ideal for longer stays. *BEDROOM There are 2 bedrooms in this house, and it can accommodate you up to 7 guests. 1F bedroom1: 1 queen bed 1F bedroom2: 3 semi-double beds, and 2 Japanese-style mattress(Futon) *AMENITIES We provide a set of bath towels and face towels for each person. Please feel free to use the washing machine and dryer during your stay. □Bathroom Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, face wash □Dressing room Bath towels, face towels, hair dryer, toothbrushes, combs, cotton puffs, a razor, and body towels *KITCHEN We provide seasonings such as salt, sugar, pepper, soy sauce, and cooking oil, as well as kitchen appliances such as a fridge, a microwave oven, a toaster, a rice cooker, coffee grinder, pans, pots, cutting boards, cutting knives, a strainer, a peeler, ladles, a grater, and more. A coffee set is provided. For the tablewares, there are plates, cutleries, cups, glasses, wine glasses, bowls, chopsticks and more. *BBQ BBQs are permitted between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. There's a 2500 yen fee to utilize the gas grill for the duration of your stay. You can conveniently make this payment using your credit card by scanning the QR code provided at the accommodation. We offer tongs, a gridiron, and seasonings for your convenience. However, kindly remember to bring your own gas canisters, BBQ sauce if desired, skewers, as well as the food for your BBQ. Please be aware that if it rains, the BBQ won't be available due to the absence of a roof. Additionally, the exterior lights will automatically turn off at 9:00 PM, so kindly ensure your BBQ activities are wrapped up by that time. *PROJECTOR
 You can enjoy Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, and YouTube. However, we will discontinue providing Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts as of January 5, 2026. You will still be able to enjoy movies and videos within the facility, but please log in using your own account when viewing. Additionally, if using our company account, you will not be able to view paid content. Therefore, if you wish to view paid content, please prepare your own account. Standard broadcast TV channels are not accessible. Furthermore, if you wish to project your own content, you can connect it using an approximately 3-meter long HDMI cable. Kindly replace the fireTV stick with an HDMI terminal and return it after usage. *WIFI
 The Wi-Fi environment is stable with a fixed line, allowing online meetings and video viewing without any inconvenience. *SHOPPING There is a grocery store named MaxValue at Atami Taga branch, conveniently located about a 10-minute drive away. We recommend that you consider purchasing any necessary items before your check-in because there are no grocery stores nearby and delivery to the accommodation is not available. Guest access There are no restricted areas on these premises. Other things to note ++Available check-in time++ Check-in time is from 16:00 to 22:00. We cannot respond to any problems related to check-in after 22:00. ++About changing the number of guests++ We do not have a room charge system, so even if you are within the maximum number of guests, the price will change according to the number of guests. If there is a change in the number of guests, please contact us at least one day prior to your stay.  Fireworks are not allowed on the premises. However, you will be able to enjoy handled fireworks, which do not make loud sounds, at Nagahama Keihin Park. It takes approximately 13-minute by car. ++NOTE++ *About noises The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood, so we kindly ask you to avoid making loud noises outside of the house. You are welcome to use the speaker and enjoy conversations with your group, but please be mindful of the neighbors as well. In the event that the neighbors file a noise complaint, we may need to ask you to vacate the premises. Thank you for your cooperation in advance. ++Smoking++ Smoking is strictly prohibited within the building. Smoking area is limited on the balcony only. In case any guest smokes in the building, we will fine 80,000 JPY. ++ About the natural environment ++ The property is located in a rich natural environment, so you can see wild birds, squirrels, and other animals such as beetles. Although we take measures to prevent insects from entering the rooms, it is difficult to prevent them completely, so we do not recommend guests who are not fond of insects to stay at the hotel. We apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your understanding. ++Number of guests++ If any change of number of guests happens, please let us know. In case of change of guests happens without notifying us, we will charge fee of additional guest and 1.5 times of the total fee of stay. ++Late Check-Out Policy++ In the event of an unnotified late check-out, a penalty fee of 5,000 yen will be incurred for every 30-minute interval. ++Caution++ If there is any damage or loss to the belongings, walls, floors, furniture, or other items in the house during your stay, we will charge you for the full cost of restoration.
