Other things to note Guests must sign lease agreement (available by request) and all registration forms agreeing to all rules 15 days before start of rental -required by Homeowners Association. Guests agree to submit all additional documentation required by the HomeOwners Association, including but not limited to: -The completed Lease Registration Form.
