Just17 miles from Annapolis and 3 miles from the historic waterfront community of Galesville, the carriage house is close to all the action that Maryland's capital city has to offer, but is tucked away in the woodlands. Our carriage house most definitely offers the best of both worlds! The first floor boasts an open concept floor plan which includes a living room with a queen sleeper sofa, dining area, and a nicely equipped kitchen. Please note, there is a 4-burner electric cooktop and a convection microwave oven. The wood burning stove in the living room keeps things cozy during winter, while the backyard fire pit brings those vibes outdoors in the summer and fall. For the pianist in the group, we even have a baby grand piano on the first level. **Please Note** There are 2 small dogs on the property that stay within the confines of the main house. Upstairs, the second level consists of a sitting area, a large bedroom which features a queen bed and a sleeping nook with a twin bed. The bathroom as well as the washer and dryer are also located on the second level. This serene carriage house is a sweet surprise as you wind down the dirt and gravel drive and is perfect for Naval Academy events, getaway weekends, boat show events, family vacations, and more. The Carriage House presents a spectacular view at night with well-lit landscape lighting. There are 2 terriers looking out for the property. The owner, available most of the time, is more than happy to socialize with guests and their dogs as well.
