Guest suite in Louisville

This suite is a beautiful private retreat complete with a projector for watching your favorite streaming service for the ultimate movie night. Centrally located and within 10-20 minutes of numerous local hospitals, universities, as well as various restaurants and downtown destinations, our guest suite offers a peaceful retreat in a convenient and safe location. We also provide a fold out desk that guests can use for a remote work space if desired. The space A fenced in patio leads up to the private entrance easily accessed from guest parking area in the rear of the property. The suite includes a memory foam mattress, newly updated master bathroom, kitchenette/coffee bar, mounted projector and screen, and a cozy reading corner. There is a fold out desk stored in the closet. You will also love relaxing on the outdoor patio. The suite is connected to our family home and you can expect to hear us occasionally or see us come and go. PLEASE NOTE: We have two toddlers, so you may hear them or see us playing outside from time to time, however, we provide a sound machine in the suite. We live in a quiet residential neighborhood. There is a train nearby that we will occasionally hear in the distance. Guest access Our neighborhood is driving distance to many local destinations. Other things to note Heating & A/C are controlled in the main part of the house. We do provide a heater/fan for your convenience. We are happy to make heating and cooling adjustments during your stay upon your request. Please also be aware that the suite does share walls with our personal home and we do have two toddlers, so you will hear them from time to time and may smell our cooking We have a clothes steamer in the room as well as an iron and ironing board available for guest use upon request. We have a pack 'n play as well as a Slumber Pod available upon request for an additional nightly fee for children under 2 years of age. If you would like these set up, please let us know in advance.
