The views are just spectacular, from Mount Wellington/kunanyi right across Hobart and down to Bruny Island. Kitchen: Full kitchen facilities plus dining area enable family dinners, plus private laundry facilities make holidaying easy. Two Living Areas: Lounge area with smart TV, plus a separate living space and board games make this the perfect family stay. Bedroom 1: A spacious bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Bedroom 2: A second comfy queen bed. Bedroom 3: A set of single bunks - sleeps two guests. Bathroom: A clean, modern and well-maintained bathroom stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. There is a walk in shower, bath and toilet. Powder Room: a separate toilet is also included, to prevent a line up at the bathroom in the morning! Outdoor Entertainment Space: A sunny, outdoor area, ideal for relaxing with a drink, enjoying a meal, or simply soaking up the fresh air whilwe you take in the view. Laundry: Equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board — perfect for longer stays or freshening up during your trip. An airer and clothes line are available for drying items. We are walking distance to Bellerive Beach, the Ferry to Hobart, waterfront walking tracks, and just a 2 minute drive to a major shopping centre, restaurants and take away options. Hobart CBD is just a 6km/8min drive. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire house and back yard during their stay. Enjoy the privacy and comfort of your own space, with self-check-in available for your convenience. Free parking is provided on the premises. Note: there is a locked store room under the house that is not accessible to guests. Other things to note Please note that guests will be required to climb one flight of stairs to access the property. Once inside, it is single level throughout.
