The aptm is brand new, very well isolated from external temperature & noise, south oriented & full of light! We initially decided to restructure it for us so everything was built to max confort & quality of living: exposed wood roof, automatic VELUX skylights, big windows, security door. Forniture are from high quality brands (SCAVOLINI, POLTRONESOFA, IKEA, HANSGROE). The front portico covers 10x3m terrace with BBQ & fonitures to eat, drink a glass of local wine & relax in front of the garden! The space You will enjoy a big and new aptm, full of ligth and fully equipped to grant you a confortable and relaxing stay. The main room is 55 square meters, with beautiful and highly isolated exposed wood roof, with big automatic VELUX skylights, big windows on south and west sides, DIERRE security door. You will enjoy a fully equipped SCAVOLINI kitchen (whit big fridge/freezer, dishwasing machine, owen, induction hop), a sofa-bed with real 12 cm memoryfoam mattres 160x200 by POLTRONESOFA (you can open the bed in 5 seconds!), lunch table and 6 chairs by IKEA, 37 inc LCD TV with DVD player and LG micro-HIFI. The bedroom has a king size bed with below drawers, an artigianal high quality mattres 160x200, 20cm thick, from ARTIGIANA MATERASSI in Asti, and a wardrobe (IKEA). Laying on the bed, through the automatic velux skyligth you can see stars!! The big bathroom has double sink, big shower-box 120x80 with HANSGROE shower column and a very usefull LAVASCIUGA (wash&dry machine!) Outside, you have a portico covering a 10x3m terrace whit BBQ and fornitures to eat and relax outside, drinking an amazing glass of wine from our local wineries! In the garden there is a SABLE playground for kids, a beatiful pond full of waterlilies (ninfee), red fishes, KOI carps and... LITTLE FROGs! You can sunbath, have a picnic on the meadow/grass or just relax between roses or below the fresh shadow of 4 big lime trees and a pine tree. Guest access After entering the gate, you will be into the garden (about 150 square meters): your aptm is on the left side of the garden, with individual access to the livingroom, while we live on the rigth side of the garden. The access to the garden is limited to you and us. Going through the garden you reach the portico, with the BBQ, external sofa, table & chairs allowing you to relax or eat outside.
