Ascend upstairs to find a second TV room, dedicated workspace and four large bedrooms, sleeping eight guests. The beautiful master comes with a king-sized bed, luxurious walk-in wardrobe and sleek ensuite bathroom replete with a his-and-hers vanity. Two of the bedrooms feature queen-sized beds, while the last bedroom has two single beds ideal for those travelling with kids. All bedrooms have wardrobes for storing your belongings and come with hotel-quality linens for a good night’s sleep. The main bathroom is impeccably presented with a full freestanding bathtub where you can unwind after a busy day. Guests will also have access to a third bathroom downstairs along with internal laundry facilities including a washing machine and dryer. Guests can make use of free undercover parking in the garage for two cars. We provide cots, high chairs and extra children's beds for an extra fee upon request three days before you arrive. Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know. For stays over 14 nights, please note the additional mandatory fees: - Cleaning Bond: $500 to cover deep cleaning after your stay. - Mid-Stay Cleaning: Provided every 2 weeks at $300 per cleaning.
