Our house is located close to beautiful beaches such as Chia and Tuerredda, lush forests and in a quiet and peaceful setting. This part of Sardinia is quiet even during the high season and, near the house, you will find all the services within walking distance. The house is equipped with all necessary amenities such as private parking, air conditioning, washing machine, new equipment, and a fully equipped kitchen. The space The house consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed and the possibility of having a single bed. Guest access You will have access to an area of Sardinia where nature is lush and there are very few houses built near the beaches. Other things to note Our vacation home is happy to welcome you. We remind our guests that we do not provide hotel services. The price of the final cleaning includes bed linen and bathroom sanitized according to the regulations. This linen must be returned free of stains and must not be damaged. There is no replacement of linen, which is considered an extra to be agreed upon. We provide a welcome kit with products to start your stay, including toilet paper, bathroom and kitchen essentials, and water.
