The rooms are spacious. A great floor with handmade clay tiles from Morocco is laid in the apartment. There is a large garden with lawn, a terrace with beach chair, seating furniture and a garden grill. A hammock directly on the cornfield, which is stretched between two old birches, invites you to dream. It is a very quiet and rural residential area. The view over the fields is very far and beautiful. The living room has a large sofa set with a sleeping function and an additional sofa bed. There are smart TVs in the kitchen, living room and bedroom. WiFi is available throughout the house. The kitchen is equipped with a filter coffee machine. In the kitchen there is a new refrigerator with freezer, a gas stove with oven and also a dishwasher. The apartment has a bedroom with a large double bed for two people. There is a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. 1-2 people could sleep on it if needed. Therefore, we offer the apartment with an occupancy of up to four people. In the attic there is another apartment for max. 2 people, which can be booked separately. The attic apartment has a balcony/loggia. We operate our apartments with a lot of love and attention to details to give our guests a great vacation. There is a permanently installed safe in the apartment. The bathroom has underfloor heating and is equipped with a bathtub partly embedded in the floor. Here you can choose whether you prefer to shower or bathe. The bedroom is equipped with a large box spring bed measuring 180 x 200 cm and large bed linen measuring 155 x 220 cm for cuddling. The flat-screen TV is mounted on the wall. There is a dresser and a wardrobe, as well as a large mirror. Parking is available right in front of the house. The terrace is equipped with a beach chair, a lounge set with table and a dining set with table and chairs and a parasol. The beautiful apartment " Huus an`t Koornfgeld" ground floor is surrounded by fields and meadows. The garden borders directly on a cornfield. The view is incredibly wide. The vacation home is located on a quiet, small street. From here you can get to Greetsiel or to the north and Norddeich. Norddeich is about 14 km away. Greetsiel is about 11 km and about 15 minutes by car. There are beautiful hiking trails here and you can go on great bike tours.
