Large deck out front with bbq and patio furniture. Fire pit to enjoy the sunnier weather and cooler nights. Just a short walk to the Funplex and other amenities. Fully stocked with kitchen essentials. Golf Cart not included however can be rented at the resort. Unit will be fully sanitized and cleaned using only COVID-19 Approved cleaning agents prior to arrival. Must be 25+to rent. Single family occupancy. No Smoking. Pets allowed. Any costs incurred by the guest during their stay is the sole responsibility of the renter.
