Ask me for recommendations! Guest access Guests have access to the upstairs guest bedroom, upstairs bathroom, and upstairs shared hallway. The bathroom is mainly for guests’ private use. The only time we “share” the guest bathroom is if I need to come and go for laundry— the washer and dryer lives in there. However, I do my best to save loads for in between guest stays whenever possible. Coffee, water, mini fridge for perishable snacks, and grab-and-go breakfast in guest suite. (No kitchenette or microwave, and outside meal food is not allowed upstairs.) Please request W/D access, if desired, in ADVANCE to your booking to discuss operation, schedule and fees. Otherwise, these machines are for homeowner’s use only. During your stay Do not hesitate to reach out with questions, requests, or concerns! Message through the app, call, or just shout from the staircase (: Other things to note The dogs are BIG and friendly! Their names are Riley & Niko. They have 24/7 access to the yard via a doggie door at the back of the home. Niko & Riley typically respond well to firm, one word directions for guests that would like a little space as they come and go. And for those that love dogs, they love attention!
