Our cottage is nestled on 112 acres in Bourbon county KY, the heart of horse country. We are located 5 miles from downtown Paris. Keeneland is 20 minutes away, as is downtown Lexington .We are 20 minutes from Kentucky Horse Park. We have a secure gate to the farm for privacy and safety. The cottage is located near our private stable ,the setting is quiet and lovely.. The space We have lots of grass paths cut into out hay fields , great for a hike or run. Guest access Our farm is 112 acres of rolling grass fields guests are welcome to walk to mowed paths
