We have no carpet at the home besides area rugs so the home stays sparkling clean. - BY BOOKING GUESTS AGREE TO THE POOL WAIVER & RULES. - NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. NO POOL FENCE. - SUPERVISE CHILDREN AT ALL TIMES. - Pool size: 15'x12' - Baja shelf is submerged in 1" of water, great for kids & sun bathing. The pool gently slopes from 3.5' downwards to the deepest point of 5.5'. This is not a diving pool, please do not dive into the water. *Pool heater is set comfortably at 84-88 degrees (depending on the month). *Pool does not need to be heated mid to late May through mid September. *Pool & hot tub are serviced twice weekly.
