The holiday home Haagalm has a living area of 156 sqm and consists of three independent accommodation units for you and your family or friends with whom you want to spend your holiday together. The cottage has four bedrooms for up to 8 persons. All apartments are located in the basement of the house on one level and are accessible from the parking lot. There is a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed and an adjoining air bed, as well as two combined living sleeping areas, each with two box spring beds and a children's travel cot for a toddler. The apartment has three modern kitchens with hob, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and three bathrooms with shower. Outside, on one level, there are three surrounding terraces with old trees, a hillside garden full of flowers, a stream with old pastures and an adjacent floodplain landscape. On the terrace there are several garden furniture and three sun loungers as well as a hammock. A modern gas grill is available for grilling. Enjoy breakfast together in the morning or the sunset on your terrace or in the conservatory in the evening. Cook together or grill outside, enjoy the day with friends and family. At the same time, everyone has their own little empire and privacy in their own four walls. The hosts live on the ground floor of the house and are at your disposal at all times. The architecturally integrated house into the surrounding landscape was newly built in 2017. The building is located on a 3000 sqm plot with a walkable slope and a valley with stream, a biotope with rare plants, an adjacent meadow forest, an old tree population with a willow in the valley and an old pine tree on the plateau right in front of your terrace. Both from the terrace and from your living area you have a beautiful view of the valley with the rippling stream and the high forest starting on the horizon as well as in the evening sunset. You can start your hikes and bike rides directly from your apartment. Several hiking trails such as the Primstal Panoramaweg and the Saarland circular hiking trail and bike paths such as the MTB 4 for mountain bikers start directly from the HAAGALM. The nearby natural outdoor pool with adventure playground and ice cream parlour is within walking distance and suitable for young and old. In front of the house is big paved parking for several cars. Other things to note Fishing and fly fishing For anglers and fly fishermen, it is possible to purchase a paid day ticket as a guest fisherman for fishing at the Prims on presentation of a valid fishing license. The Prims is a delightful fishing water for Bach trout and grains. You can also watch many rare animals and plants on Prims. Beavers, kingfisher and black stork as well as rare orchids have their habitat here.
