Additionally, please be aware that an extra fee may be applicable for hosting events on the premises. We value open communication and want to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests. While we love animals, we still retain the right to refuse the entry of pets to ensure the comfort & hygiene. Switch off electric power every time before you leave the house. Always take care own belongings, do not leave behind your valuable items, management is not responsible on any loss of guest belongings. Management is not responsible for any mishaps and injuries happen in the house, please take good care especially kids & elderly. Please take care the house belongings, place to original position after use. DO NOT park your vehicles in front of neighbours’ house. NO SMOKING in the house or air refreshing fee could be charged. DO NOT DIRTY house furniture or cleaning fee could be charged. STRICTLY PROHIBITED drugs or any kind of illegal activities in the house, management shall not liable on any legal action charge caused to you.
