I am delighted to welcome you to this lovely, functional and bright 55 m2 T3 on the ground floor. It accommodates up to 4 people (2 couples or a couple and 2 children). 5 people over a short period, preferably 1 child on the sofa. The space HIGHLIGHTS - Bright apartment with 2 separate bedrooms - 2 double beds 140 x 190 cm, the other 120 x 190 cm and a sofa bed - Equipped kitchen - Key accessible on site for independent entry from 6 p.m. - WIFI EQUIPMENT The kitchen is fully equipped: - Fridge - Oven/Microwave - Cooking plates - Classic coffee machine - Plates, cutlery, and cooking utensils - Pans, pots and dishes - Dish towels The living room includes: - A casual sofa bed - TV - A living room table The dining room includes: - Dining table and chairs - A sideboard and storage In the bedrooms: - Double beds - Wardrobes - Bed linens provided - Desk with chair In the bathroom you will find: - Shower, toilet and vanity unit - Bath linens are provided - A hairdryer - A washing machine Close to everything, within a radius of 2 km, you have a supermarket, post office, 2 bakeries, restaurants, a cinema, a media library, banks, a tobacco shop, a butcher shop, a pharmacy. Bus lines will allow you to quickly get to Rouen center, Mont St Aignan, as well as a walk along the Seine... it's a great and very quiet neighborhood. Guest access From the train station by Metro then the T2 bus, you are 15 minutes from the apartment (depending on the bus schedule, buses pass every 5 minutes to 15 minutes). By highway exit Déville Maromme. From Beauvais Airport, you are 1.5 hours from the apartment. Other things to note Smokers are accepted, but you will be strongly recommended to smoke in the Garden. Smoke detectors are installed in the bedrooms. The cleaning must be done. The apartment must be returned as clean as you found it. Of course, as part of the health crisis related to Covid 19, a strict cleaning will be carried out by me (switches, handles, etc.) cleaning products will be made available to you during the stay. The rules of social distancing will be respected during your welcome. I offer you my beautiful 55 m2 apartment, so you can discover Rouen and its region. Simply decorated, it will bring you rest and relaxation. Located on the ground floor of my residence, you will enjoy a terrace and a shared garden. I can also prepare dinner for you on request and charge you. 2 bikes are available for you to enjoy the surroundings. The apartment must be given back in clean state.
