Small air-conditioned outbuilding with private terrace and pool access in a very quiet and relaxing village. Ideally located, Théziers is located next to Pont du Gard, close to: Avignon, Uzès, Arles and Nîmes, an hour from Les Baux de Provence, Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer, Grau du Roi, and Mont Ventoux…. Our property is completely enclosed with private parking. The pool is completely secure, the configuration is ideal for children. The space The accommodation consists of a living room with an equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with bunk beds and a bathroom. Guests will have a private terrace and courtyard with barbecue and garden furniture. Access to the pool is through the common courtyard of our property. Access is mainly through a closed gate with a code. A ping-pong table is available for your use. All linens are provided: towels, bath towels, gloves, pool towels, dish towels, hand towels, which can also be convenient for motorcycle enthusiasts. Other things to note The use of the dryer will only be on request and in case of rain or humid weather, I thank you for your understanding to favor the natural drying of your laundry.
