The Loft @ Lost Acres Vineyard is a wonderfully private, rural getaway! This bright and comfortable space is located on the upper floor of a Lost Acres Vineyard barn. Originally intended for the caretaker, the owners are now offering it to the public to enjoy the beauty of the vines & the stunning rural scenery of North Granby. Oh, and stop by the tasting barn, the wine is AMAZING! The space The Loft @ Lost Acres Vineyard is a modern space located above a farm winery barn. It includes a Kitchen (fully equipped), a Living Room, the Dining area, two Bedrooms and a full Bath. There is a convenient stacked washer & dryer down the hall. The space currently features the amazing watercolor artwork of popular local artist Laura Eden. The beautiful Maple hardwood floors run throughout the entire space with nine-foot ceilings in most areas and lots of windows that create a bright, cheery environment. Space is furnished with vintage furniture, cozy beds, and comfortable seating. Guest access Guests will be able to use the entire upper floor of the building (over 1000 sq. ft.) and an exterior seating area located out on the lawn. You will enjoy views of the vineyard and the surrounding farms. Enjoy the view of horses but please do not approach them. :) Amenities include freshly laundered, soft cotton bedding and towels, hypoallergenic or goose down pillows. The bath has an ample supply of bar soaps, shampoos, a hair dryer and a first aid box. The spaces are accessorized with framed artwork from local artists, mirrors, clocks and decorative items of interest. We offer a quiet, relaxing experience with lots of books, old magazines, and games to enjoy a special time with friends or loved ones. A TV is available with DVD player and HDMI connection upon request. The Kitchen is equipped with stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave and a wine cooler. The cooler is stocked with owner's wine which can be purchased upon request. The Lost Acres Vineyard was awarded on of the best wines in Connecticut in 2017! The tasting barn is just steps away (Friday thru Sunday) and offers all the amenities of a great Connecticut Farm Winery. Booking events and parties after 6:00 PM is always possible if reservations are confirmed with vineyard owners.
