Guest access 1-OCCUPATION Only people who are registered on the reservation are allowed to stay in the listing. If you need to add more people, please ask us for our permission and accept a possible supplement of €8.00/person/day. The maximum occupancy of the accommodation indicated in the listing is 4 people and 1 baby (0-2 years) and cannot be exceeded under any circumstances. 2-LOGEMENT It is located on the 2nd floor of the residence just above the pool. There are 35 steps to access it and it is not suitable for people with mobility problems. Check-in and check-out are autonomous thanks to a lockbox and you can access the access instructions after your booking and before your arrival in the "Arrival guide/arrival instructions" section. These instructions will also be automatically reminded before check-in. In case of any problem at any time they will be sent back to you and we will also be reachable for any additional help. 3-PARKING The residence has a private parking (no charging stations) located on the ground floor of the residence composed of 8 accommodations. The maximum parking capacity is 6 spaces, with only one vehicle per listing, which should not encroach on other spaces; -4 parking spots at the back at the edge of the rockfill. -2 other seats next to and on each side of the ramp to let the other vehicles out, including only one reserved for loading and unloading luggage. If the parking is full: •park on the small (very safe) road just below the residence by tightening the wall. 4-PISCINE •The 8 properties in the residence have a private swimming pool with chlorination located 10m below the accommodation. •It is open mid May to mid October. •It is not heated like almost all of Costa Brava's outdoor condominium pools. •Access to the pool is not secured by an access door or by alarms and prohibited for children under the age of 12 not accompanied by a person of full age and responsible for bathing clothes. • Shower entry is required before bathing. •For very young children, it is mandatory to wear a bathing suit or diaper suitable for swimming. •The circulation of animals around the pool is prohibited. •It is forbidden to drive along the edges next to the railing above the road. Other things to note 1-GUIDES TOURISTS After you make your reservation, you will receive links to two tour guides in French and English, one of which was created by us and which you can also consult in the Airbnb section by selecting the language of your choice. 2-SERVICES INCLUDED IN HOUSEHOLD EXPENSES, ETC. The cleaning fee, etc. indicated in your reservation also includes the provision of: •Linen, sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towels (including washing, drying, and ironing are subcontracted in strict compliance with hygiene standards).
