Designed for family stays, get-togethers with friends, intimate birthdays, seminars or wellness getaways, the villa offers a privileged setting combining comfort, nature and premium amenities. The villa is suitable for stays that respect the neighbourhood (we only accept relaxed and respectful hen/stag parties). Any event likely to cause disturbance or nuisance is prohibited. 🛏 Capacity: up to 15 people The villa has 4 comfortable bedrooms and can accommodate up to 12 people in proper beds, thanks to its 6 Queen Size beds equipped with recent, high-quality bedding for optimal sleep. - 2 quadruple bedrooms, ideal for families or groups of friends. One of the quadruple bedrooms features a Murphy bed that folds into the wall. If the villa is rented for 10 people, this bed will be locked and unavailable for use. Times can be adapted upon prior request, subject to availability. 🔇 Neighbourhood rules To preserve the tranquillity of the property and everyone's comfort, the villa is not intended for parties or festive events. Therefore: - Dance parties and celebrations are not permitted. - Noise, shouting or excessive behaviour are prohibited at all times. - Personal speakers are not permitted. The villa has an integrated audio system in the ground-floor ceilings; the volume must not exceed the recommended level of 45. From 10:00 pm onwards, complete quiet must be maintained outdoors: no music, shouting or noise will be tolerated. HOUSE RULES – VILLA GOLDEN NATURE Before settling in and peacefully enjoying this place, we would like to share the house rules of our holiday rental with you. The property consists of 30 ares of land extending lengthwise, with our own house located 7 metres at the front, completely independent from Villa Golden Nature. Understanding and respecting these rules will allow everyone to enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay! Carefully reading the house rules will help you avoid penalties and deductions from your security deposit at check-out. Respecting these rules is essential for everyone staying at the property. Please treat this house with the same respect you would give your own home. We have made considerable efforts to create a pleasant place that you can fully enjoy. Please note: late check-out on Sunday is possible upon request. During the day, music and noise are tolerated, but must remain moderate so as not to disturb the neighbours. (We have speakers in all the ceilings on the ground floor of the villa.) At night (from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am), all noise disturbance is prohibited. Thank you for your understanding. 1. General conditions: All tenants must comply with the House Rules and with any other instructions provided by the “Villa Golden Nature managers” during their stay. Tenants must inform the “Villa Golden Nature managers” of any incident or neighbourhood complaint as soon as possible. The “Villa Golden Nature managers” reserve the right to visit the property during your stay, with prior notice, of course. Certain maintenance or operational checks may be carried out during your stay: lawn mowing, outdoor maintenance, checking the pool pH level, for example. 2. Tenants and guests: As part of our rental agreement, we require the names and contact details of every member of your group. You are allowed to receive visitors; however, you must inform us for safety and insurance reasons. Tenants are responsible for ensuring that all guests comply with these house rules. We reserve the right to remove from the property any guest or tenant who refuses to comply with these rules. Tenants wishing to invite people to stay overnight in the house must inform the “Villa Golden Nature managers” when making their reservation, subject to additional fees stated in the pricing. Exceptional case (with approval from the “Villa Golden Nature managers”): If there are more than 10 people—beyond those specified by the tenant—a surcharge of €80 per person per day will be charged. 3. Noise and neighbourhood: Please respect the community and try to reduce noise levels as much as possible. Respecting the people and property around you will make your stay more enjoyable. During the day, music and noise are tolerated but must remain moderate so as not to disturb the neighbours. (We have speakers in all the ceilings on the ground floor of the villa.) At night (from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am), all noise disturbance is prohibited so that neighbours can sleep peacefully. In the event of a dispute or complaint from a neighbour, you must inform us as soon as reasonably possible. Excessive noise is prohibited at all times and may result in termination of the Rental Agreement, eviction, loss of amounts already paid and deductions from the security deposit. Sound systems may only be used in the living room or at the rear of the house, and without excess. 4. Parties and events: It is strictly forbidden to organise parties or any other large-scale gathering in the house without prior authorisation from the “Villa Golden Nature managers”. Small gatherings must comply with all other rules set out in these house rules, particularly regarding noise, neighbourhood relations and the number of authorised tenants. 5. Children: We try to make the property suitable for children. However, tenants always have ultimate responsibility for ensuring the safety of children present at all times. Please never leave children unattended, especially around the pool. The pool has an electric roller cover which can be closed for safety. We accept no responsibility if anything happens in connection with the pool or any other event. If you notice that something is unsafe or requires adjustment on the property, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue. 6. Tenant safety: Please note that use of the pool and facilities is at the tenant’s own risk. Tenants should have appropriate insurance coverage. No claim may be made against the “Villa Golden Nature managers” in the event of an accident. The safety and supervision of children are your sole and absolute responsibility. Access to the pool, hot tub and sauna is prohibited for persons who are visibly unclean, intoxicated, under the influence of psychotropic substances, or showing clear signs of illness or weakness. Eating, drinking, smoking, chewing gum, spitting and throwing rubbish in the pool, hot tub or sauna areas are prohibited. For safety reasons, the use of glasses is prohibited in or around the pool, in the hot tub and in the sauna. - Pool rules: Children are only allowed in the pool area when accompanied and supervised by their parents. Unsupervised pool. Pool depth: 1.50 m. Diving and running around the pool are not recommended. Please do not sit on the roller of the pool cover. Only young children who are “clean” or wearing special swimming nappies are allowed to swim. The pool is heated from April to October depending on weather conditions (temperatures may become too low, requiring the indoor heating to be switched on for the first time after summer or to remain on at the end of winter). - Hot tub and sauna rules: For safety reasons, access to the hot tub and sauna is strictly prohibited for children under 18. Do not exceed the maximum capacity of the hot tub: 6 people, and the sauna: 6 people. You use the hot tub and sauna facilities at your own responsibility. Long hair must be tied back. Use of the spa is not recommended during pregnancy. Sauna use is intended for people with no health problems. Recommended sauna session: 15 minutes. Maximum sauna use for health reasons: 30 minutes. Recommended maximum heating temperature:55°C. A shower is mandatory before entering the pool, hot tub or sauna. A basin is also provided for cleaning your feet before entering the hot tub. If the hot tub turns brown, an additional €100 will be charged. - Trampoline rules: no more than 5 children at the same time on the trampoline. Important: remove your shoes before entering the trampoline. - Barbecue: Please use the barbecue utensils provided for this purpose and not the usual kitchen utensils. Do not move the barbecue. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables. If you lose or forget an item in the house, please let us know so that we can look for it during the changeover and cleaning. Parents must never leave their children unattended. Bath towels are not provided with the rental. We offer two towels, 50 x 100 cm and 70 x 140 cm, from the Tradition des Vosges brand for €10 per person. 7. Household appliances: -Kitchen: Switch on the extractor hood a few minutes before cooking to make the most of it. Make sure to ventilate the kitchen well after cooking anything that may leave a strong smell. Out of respect for the environment, only run the dishwasher when it is full and use the automatic programme if possible. -Microwave: please always use the cover when heating food. -Washing machine, tumble dryer: they have large capacities; if you want to run a small load, use the appropriate programme. -Pinball, air hockey: eating or drinking while playing is prohibited. 8. Heating, electricity and water: Water supply is included in the rental price. To keep it that way, please do not let water run unnecessarily. To save heating energy, remember to switch the heating off or turn it down when you are away. Tenants must switch off lights and electronic devices such as televisions when they are not being used in order to save energy. 9. Animals: Animals are not allowed inside the holiday rental or in the garden. 10. Parking: We provide parking spaces for up to 10 vehicles in the courtyard. Surveillance cameras film the courtyard and the gate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you need to charge an electric vehicle, this is possible on request. An additional fee of €20 per car per day will be charged. 11. Household waste: We attach great importance to protecting the environment and encourage our tenants to do the same! In the kitchen, there are clearly labelled bins for separating and recycling different types of waste. Two outdoor bins located at the property exit are provided: - The orange bin is for food waste and non-recyclable waste, placed in a rubbish bag. - The yellow bin is for recyclable packaging: cardboard, plastic, metal and newspapers. Glass bottles and jars must be taken to a glass recycling container (located 150 m to the right when leaving the property). Throwing confetti or using confetti cannons or smoke devices is prohibited. A €50 deduction from the security deposit will be made for additional cleaning. Fireworks are also prohibited. 12. Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Tenants may only smoke outdoors in the designated areas. Please do not throw cigarette butts anywhere on the property. Use the ashtray provided for this purpose. Failure to comply will result in a deduction from the security deposit. If guests are found to have smoked inside the property, this will also result in the loss of the security deposit. 13. House security: Whenever tenants leave the house, they must ensure that all windows and doors are closed and/or locked in order to maintain the security of the accommodation and prevent potential damage caused by rain. In the event of a power cut, please call us before touching the electrical panel. We cannot be held responsible in any way for weather conditions, neighbourhood disturbances (works, etc.), possible breakdowns, or failures of service providers (TV, internet, gas, water, electricity). 14. Damage and breakage: Although we know that our guests will not intentionally break anything in our house, we understand that accidents can sometimes happen. Always report any accidental damage or breakage in good time, especially before departure. Please do not move furniture from one room to another without prior agreement with the “Villa Golden Nature managers”. If damage to the property or its equipment is not covered by our insurance, the guest will pay the repair costs from the security deposit. Furniture, tables and chairs located inside the property must not be taken outdoors. No fixtures on the walls using nails, screws, thumbtacks, adhesive tape or adhesive putty (such as Patafix) are permitted. Please respect the hygiene rules relating to bedding: any soiling caused during your stay (vomit, blood, urine) must be cleaned by you. Duvets or sheets stained with blood are unusable and will be deducted from the security deposit. Guests must shower before entering the pool, hot tub or sauna so as not to make the water cloudy and the facilities unusable. If the Villa requires additional cleaning hours beyond the normal cleaning time because the keys are returned and the property is left in poor condition, additional costs will be deducted from the security deposit. The tenant must notify the landlord within 24 hours of any claim or major damage occurring in the accommodation, its outdoor areas or accessories. 15. Internet connection: When using the holiday rental’s internet connection, the tenant agrees to comply with the laws concerning downloads and website access. If requested by the competent authorities, the owner of the holiday rental will provide the contact details of the tenant who used the connection. 17. Insurance: The holiday rental is insured for civil liability and fire. The property manager accepts no responsibility in the event of theft and/or damage to the tenant’s or guests’ belongings, including vehicles parked in the car park. The tenant is required to take out with their insurance company a “Villégiature” rental liability cover insuring all premises entrusted to them against damage such as fire, explosion and water damage that may be caused by themselves or their guests during the rental period. An insurance certificate issued in the tenant’s name must be attached to the rental agreement, otherwise the agreement is null and void. 18. Compliance with the rules: Any violation of a rule contained in these House Rules constitutes a violation of the General Conditions of Occupancy in accordance with the Rental Agreement. The “Villa Golden Nature managers” reserve the right to terminate the occupancy permit and evict any tenant from the property who refuses to comply with the House Rules or causes disturbances affecting neighbours or other residents of the community. Bed linen is provided with the rental, but bathroom towels are available for an additional €10 per person, including a set of 2 Tradition des Vosges towels measuring 50 x 100 cm and one towel measuring 70 x 140 cm. The Villa Golden Nature Team Guest access The "Villa Golden Nature" is located at DETTWILLER, 32km from Strasbourg (25min by train), 8km from Saverne and Kirrwiller (Royal Palace Cabaret), 388km from Colmar, served by the Sarrebourg-Strasbourg SNCF line and the RD 421, easily accessible, allowing you to discover Alsace through its parks, gastronomy or Christmas market. The villa is a 10-minute walk from the Dettwiller regional TER train station. Trains run every 30 minutes during rush hour. You can also go directly to Europapark by train. The cycle path is 10 minutes away by bike. More about Dettwiller: Dettwiller lies in the Zorn valley between the Vosges mountains to the west, the Alsace plain to the east, the hills of the Hanau region to the north and the Kochersberg heights to the south. The Canal de la Marne au Rhin also passes close to the village, separating it from Lupstein.
