You'll want to extend your stay in this corner of paradise, enjoying the entire cottage. We can comfortably accommodate 12 people with 6 queen-size double beds, or 14 people with the sofa bed. You will be able to enjoy the entire villa and its amenities in complete independence, privacy, and tranquility. Late checkout is available upon request. The cleaning fee of €230 is mandatory and must be paid on site during check-in. The property comprises: * Large 30-acre garden with no overlooked views and a private 10m heated infinity pool (open from April to October depending on weather conditions) with a 3.5m x 2m deck, a pétanque court, and several large terraces. Villa Composition: * Large living room with lounge area, dining room, and open kitchen. The table opens to reach 5 meters. * 4 bedrooms (2 doubles, 2 quadruples (including 1 modular), each with new bedding for optimal sleep. * 4 bathrooms (with hairdryer and straighteners) and 4 toilets. * A wellness area with a sauna, jacuzzi, and deckchairs. * A games room (billiards/ping-pong, foosball, pinball, air hockey). * Large private parking. NOTE: * A baby bed and high chair are available if needed (please ask in advance). * Bath and pool towels are not included in the rental (you can rent them for €10 per person from Tradition des Vosges, which includes two towels: one 50x100 cm and one 70x140 cm, or a bathrobe for €10). * A €1,000 deposit is retained by the property in case of breakage or non-compliance with the rental conditions. * The house is suitable for stays that respect the neighbors. * Pets are not allowed. * Non-smoking house, only outdoors. HOUSE RULES OF VILLA GOLDEN NATURE Before settling in and peacefully enjoying this place, we would like to share with you the house rules of our furnished holiday rental. The land is 30 ares long, with our house at the front, 7 meters away, which is completely separate from the Gite Villa Golden Nature. Understanding and respecting them will ensure everyone has a comfortable and enjoyable stay! A careful reading of the house rules guarantees you will not be subject to penalties or deductions from your deposit upon departure. Compliance with these rules is essential for each person staying at the cottage. Please treat this house with the same respect you give your own home. We have made great efforts to make it a pleasant place for you to fully enjoy. Please note: Late checkout on Sundays is possible upon request. During the day, music and noise are tolerated, but must be kept to a minimum so as not to disturb the neighbors. (We have speakers in all the ceilings of the ground floor of the villa) At night (from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.), all noise disturbance is prohibited. Thank you for your understanding. 1. General Conditions: All tenants must comply with the House Rules and Regulations as well as any other instructions provided by the managers of Villa Golden Nature during their stay. Tenants must inform the managers of Villa Golden Nature of any incident or complaint from the neighborhood as soon as possible. The managers of Villa Golden Nature reserve the right to visit during your stay, provided they provide advance notice, of course. Certain maintenance work or checks to ensure proper functioning may be carried out during your stay: lawn mowing, exterior maintenance, and monitoring of pool pH levels, for example. 2. Tenants and Guests: As part of our rental agreement, we require the names and contact information of each member of your group. You have the right to receive visitors; however, you must inform us of this for security and insurance reasons. Tenants are responsible for ensuring that all guests comply with these house rules. We reserve the right to evict any guest or tenant who refuses to comply with these rules from the property. Tenants wishing to invite overnight guests must inform the "managers of Villa Golden Nature" at the time of booking, subject to additional charges indicated in the pricing. In exceptional cases (with approval from the "managers of Villa Golden Nature"), if more than 12 people are invited, a surcharge of €25 per person per day will be charged. 3. Noise and Neighborhood: Please respect the community and try to keep noise levels as low as possible. By respecting the people and property around you, your stay will be more pleasant. During the day, music and noise are tolerated, but must be kept to a minimum so as not to disturb the neighbors. (We have speakers in all ceilings on the ground floor of the villa.) At night (from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.), all noise pollution is prohibited to allow neighbors to sleep peacefully. In the event of a dispute or complaint from a neighbor, it is your duty to notify us as soon as reasonably possible. Loud noise pollution is prohibited at any time and may result in termination of the Rental Agreement, eviction, loss of fees incurred, and deductions from the security deposit. The use of sound systems must be limited to the living room or the back of the house, and not excessively. 4. Parties and Events: It is strictly forbidden to organize parties or any other type of large gathering in the house without prior authorization from the managers of Villa Golden Nature. Any small gathering must comply with the other rules stipulated in these regulations, particularly with regard to Noise, Neighborhood, and the number of authorized Tenants. 5. Children: We try to ensure that the property is child-friendly. That said, tenants always have the ultimate responsibility to ensure the safety of any children present at all times. We ask that you never leave children unattended, especially with the pool. It has an electric shutter so it can be closed for safety. We are not responsible if anything happens with the pool or any other event. If you notice anything unsafe or needs adjustment in the property, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue. 11. Household Waste: We place great importance on respecting the environment and we encourage our tenants to do the same! There are clearly labeled bins in the kitchen for the separation and recycling of various types of waste. Two outdoor bins are available for waste disposal at the property exit: - The orange bin is for food waste and non-recycled waste, which should be placed in a bin bag. - The yellow bin is for recycled packaging (cardboard, plastic, metal, and newspaper). You must dispose of glass bottles and jars in a glass bin (located 150m to the right as you exit the property). No throwing of confetti, confetti cannons, or smoke bombs is permitted. A €50 penalty will be applied to the deposit to enhance cleanup efforts. Fireworks are also prohibited. 12. Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Tenants may only smoke outside in designated areas. Please do not dispose of cigarette butts within the property. Instead, dispose of them in the designated ashtray. Failure to comply will result in a deduction from the security deposit. Discovering that guests have been smoking inside the property will also result in a forfeiture of the security deposit. 13. Home Security: Whenever tenants leave the property, they are responsible for ensuring that all windows and doors are closed and/or locked to maintain the security of the property and prevent potential rain damage. In the event of a power outage, please call us before touching the electrical panel. We cannot be held responsible for weather conditions, neighborhood disturbances (construction, etc.), possible breakdowns, or service provider failures (TV, internet, gas, water, electricity). 14. Damage and Breakage: While we know our guests will not intentionally break anything in our home, we understand that accidents can sometimes happen. Always report any accidental damage or breakage in a timely manner, especially before departure. Please do not move furniture from one room to another without first agreeing with the managers of Villa Golden Nature. In the event that damage to the property or its appliances is not covered by our insurance, the guest will pay the repair costs from the security deposit. Furniture, tables, and chairs located inside the cottage must not be taken outside. No fixing to the walls using nails, screws, tacks, adhesive tape, or sticky tack is permitted. We ask you to respect the hygiene rules regarding bedding: any stains caused during your stay (vomit, blood, urine) must be cleaned up yourself. Duvets or sheets stained with blood are unusable and will be deducted from the security deposit. Guests must shower before entering the pool, jacuzzi, or sauna to avoid clouding the water and rendering the equipment unusable. If the Villa requires additional cleaning hours beyond the normal cleaning time due to the keys being returned in poor condition, additional fees will be deducted from the security deposit. The tenant must report to the landlord, within 24 hours, any incident or major damage to the accommodation, its exterior, or accessories. 15. Internet Connection: When using the cottage's internet connection, the tenant agrees to comply with the laws regarding downloads and website browsing. If requested by the relevant authorities, the owner of the cottage will provide the contact information of the tenant who used the connection. 17. Insurance: The cottage is insured for civil liability and fire. The property manager declines all liability in the event of theft and/or damage to the tenant's and their guests' property, including vehicles parked in the parking lot. The tenant is required to take out "VILLEGIATURE" rental liability insurance with their insurance company, covering all premises entrusted to them for damage such as fire, explosion, or water damage that may be caused by the tenant or their guests during the rental period. A certificate of insurance issued in the tenant's name must be attached to the rental agreement, otherwise the latter will be void. 18. Compliance with the Rules: Violation of any rule contained in these House Rules constitutes a violation of the General Conditions of Occupancy, in accordance with the Rental Agreement. "The managers of Villa Golden Nature" reserve the right to terminate the occupancy permit and evict from the Property any tenant who refuses to comply with the House Rules or causes a nuisance disturbing neighbors or other residents of the community. Bed linens are provided in the rental, but towels are an additional €10 per person. These towels include a set of two Tradition des Vosges towels, 50x100cm and one 70x140cm. The Villa Golden Nature Team Guest access The "Villa Golden Nature" is located at DETTWILLER, 32km from Strasbourg (25min by train), 8km from Saverne and Kirrwiller (Royal Palace Cabaret), 388km from Colmar, served by the Sarrebourg-Strasbourg SNCF line and the RD 421, easily accessible, allowing you to discover Alsace through its parks, gastronomy or Christmas market. The villa is a 10-minute walk from the Dettwiller regional TER train station. Trains run every 30 minutes during rush hour. You can also go directly to Europapark by train. The cycle path is 10 minutes away by bike. More about Dettwiller: Dettwiller lies in the Zorn valley between the Vosges mountains to the west, the Alsace plain to the east, the hills of the Hanau region to the north and the Kochersberg heights to the south. The Canal de la Marne au Rhin also passes close to the village, separating it from Lupstein.
