Cozy Holiday Home Bird's Nest (Marktschorgast)

The bird's nest (60 sqm) is a cozy apartment for 5 people. It has a bedroom with a box spring bed and two other beds, a living area and a bathroom with shower/toilet. Liability for toddlers cannot be guaranteed due to the steep stairs to the sleeping loft. The kitchen is fully equipped. Wi-Fi is available free of charge for our guests. Wood is provided for the existing fireplace. Pets cannot be brought along. The space Our house (built in 2022) is located in the quiet district of Marktschorgast with a beautiful view of the Ochsenkopf in Bischofsgrün. Here is the perfect starting point for walks, hikes, bike tours or visiting the many sights in the near or far surroundings. Around Marktschorgast you will find meadows and forest, the Schorgast flows from here to Wirsberg, a well-known wedding place and then on to Kulmbach, the beer town. A bike and hiking trail leads through the Schorgast valley to Himmelkron and Neuenmarkt to the Steam Locomotive Museum. The John Paul Trail also passes here and shows the beautiful landscape of Upper Franconia. In the village there is a hairdresser and a baker, butchers with bistro, restaurants with beer gardens and a beautiful marketplace. At the pond in the center of the village there is a trim area and a Kneipp pool. A train connection is also available here and you can easily reach Bayreuth and Kulmbach.
