In the middle of the Bavarian Forest on the Geyersberg, our apartment with great views awaits you, also for rent in the long term. Ideal for workers, employees, training in the area, for families, couples or a small group as a low-budget vacation. For those who do not attach great importance to frills, but want to use the amenities of the house (such as the pool). Ideal for 2 people (fold-out bed closet). Possible for 4 people (bunk bed in the next room). The space You will find 2x 90x200 cabinet fold-out beds & bunk beds 90x200 next to each other (in the adjoining room without windows!). We offer a fully equipped kitchen (alternatively Restaurant Geyerei, directly in the house - reservation necessary). Laundry service can be booked for €5. In the house there is an indoor pool and sauna (free of charge). This is just a few steps away from the apartment in the basement. Please note that a final cleaning of €51 applies. It includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels and kitchen towels, etc. + € 3 city tax for each additional person over 16 years of age per night. For children aged 6 years and over, €1.50 each is charged; for younger children, this fee is not charged. Guest access Free access to the pool and sauna. Next to the house is a new huge adventure playground, active park, billiard and foosball room, etc. Skiing and tobogganing areas in the immediate vicinity (Solla, 3 minutes, Mitterdorf, 20 minutes). Different hiking and biking trails await you, right from the front door you can start. Other things to note We have been renting our apartment since February 2023. We have done some modernization measures, such as laying a new floor and installing a new kitchen in 2021. In April 2024, the painter was there and some furniture was replaced in the apartment. Everything - without a lot of frills - but with a pool and sauna next door.
