∙ • Yes, we offer 1 double sheet, 1 on double sheet and pillowcases; * If there is a need for a sheet, on an additional sheet or pillowcase, we rent at 5 reais each item; * The item will be sent after confirmation of payment via PIX, during business hours and with prior appointment. ∙ ◊ Is there the option to self check-in? ∙ • Yes, you must check in at the concierge that meets 24 hours/day; • The concierge will release the access only of the guests previously authorized by the host to access the apartment; • Forward through the reservation app or whats the documents of all guests at least 1 day in advance of the check-in date; • For reservations made on the same day of check-in, documents must be sent 2 hours in advance of your arrival at the condominium; • The apartment has an electronic lock, to appear the keypad touches your hand on the lock, enter the password and press the open lock button; • The access code will be sent by message on the day and time of check in. ∙ ◊ From what time can I check in? ∙ • The check-in must be carried out at the gatehouse from 2 pm; * Forward through the booking app or whats the documents of all guests at least 1 day in advance of the check-in date; * For reservations made on the same day of check-in, documents must be sent 2 hours in advance of your arrival at the condominium; ∙ ◊ Until what time can I check in? ∙ • After 2 pm on the day of check-in, there is no limit time because the building has a remote concierge that works 24 hours a day; * Please note, the building has a 24-hour/day concierge, but my company sends a release email to the condominium until 10 p.m., so even if if you are going to enter after 10 p.m. I need the documents before this time. ∙ ◊ How to request early check-in? ∙ • Remember that you must separate organic waste from recyclable waste.
