Other things to note Strictly no parties and no local guests allowed—any violation will lead to immediate cancellation without refund and a ₹5,000 fine. Local guests are not allowed to book this property—any such reservation will be cancelled immediately without refund. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited—₹2,000 penalty will apply for violations. Only registered guests allowed on the premises—visitors are not permitted without prior approval. Loud music or noise after 9 PM is strictly not allowed—failure to comply may result in cancellation. Please maintain cleanliness—deep-cleaning charges will apply if the property is left excessively dirty. Any damage to the property or inventory will be charged as per actual replacement cost plus service fee. Commercial videography, reels or professional shoots are not permitted without written approval and applicable charges.
