Parking is free. The house is intended for making birthdays, events, children's birthdays, parties, family celebrations, as well as outdoor activities, short vacations, team building and similar events. Music is allowed, except between 12:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. Renting is done daily from the moment of renting, the house can be used 24 hours a day. Each reservation starts from 10:00 to 10:00 the next day. The space The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, with beautiful nature. The courtyard of the house is large, you can barbecue and stay outside, it is nice and pleasant. The house is equipped with a kitchen that contains two refrigerators, a freezer, a stove, a work surface, a sink. The living room is large and has a seating area, dining table and chairs. It is equipped with an inverter air conditioner. The house has a toilet and a bathroom. In addition to the living room, there are two more rooms that are intended for sleeping. Filip Guest access Guests have access to a living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, two bedrooms, a large covered terrace, a terrace for sunbathing, a barbecue in the yard, parking for 4-5 vehicles... if something is not listed, and the guest needs it, they can send an inquiry. They will receive an answer as soon as possible. Other things to note There are two cameras in the yard facing the parking lot. It's only for the safety of the guests.
