The apartment is on the ground floor, has a size of 70 square meters and can accommodate four people. The apartment was completely renovated in 2015. The cozy living room with sofa and flat-screen TV invites you to linger. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator incl. freezer, stove, oven, microwave and kettle leaves nothing to be desired. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds. The bathroom with shower, mirror and toilet completes the overall picture. Wi-Fi is available in and around the house. Our house is located in a quiet hillside location in the beautiful Erlbachtal. From the terrace you have a magnificent view of the forest and meadows. The landscape around Obererlbach is slightly hilly, crisscrossed with extensive forests that invite you to hike and walk. Obererlbach is located in the Franconian Lake District. Brombachsee, Igelsbachsee and Altmühlsee are only a few minutes away by car. A restaurant with home-style cuisine, a bakery and a butcher's shop ensure your physical well-being on site.
