This house offers 3 bedrooms, Bedrooms 1 & 2 each have a queen sized bed and ample closet space & the 3rd bedroom features two bunk beds (4 beds ) for a total of 6 beds, great for kids! The living room features a working fireplace, 2 couches, coffee table and large flat screen tv with Dish network & Bluetooth capable sound bar. It also features a newly renovated kitchen with everything you need and a newly renovated full bath. This beautiful home also features a back deck with picnic table and chairs with great views of the .75 acre property. It is our quiet retreat that is only 10min from Hunter and Windham plus all the activities the area has to offer. It’s perfect for families and friends! We have some basic supplies in the kitchen (salt, pepper, oil) so make sure to bring what you know you’ll need! Guests will have access to the entire property including laundry area in the basement. (basement is accessed through back door). We do keep some personal belongings there also. Guests can always contact the owner via call/text or email! We are perfectly located on a quiet dead end road just outside Hunter, NY. We are only a 10min drive to both Hunter and Windham mountains and close to all the restaurants and activities the entire area has to offer! There are local taxis in the area that will gladly take you where you need to be. DWI laws are strictly enforced so please always be careful and get a ride! This is a new home and we are actively filling it with everything we know we’ll need. It’s well furnished and has everything you’ll need for a great stay! If there’s anything you’d like to see added or have any questions don’t hesitate to ask! It is a great set-up for families with children. We can accommodate children over the 6 adults, however any adults in excess of 6 will require an up-charge of $75 each and be approved on a case by case basis, thanks!
