Isle of Palms Permit Number: P-00577 Effective 3/31/2025 vbi38 The space This attractive 2 bedroom condo is located on the first floor at The Ocean Inn, with parking close to your door and a small patio area for storing beach chairs or enjoying a quiet moment to yourself. Easy in and out with no steps, easy parking, easy walk to pool, grill, laundry all onsite just steps away and within sight of the door. In this condo, the living area features a brick wall giving you that old town Charleston vibe. It's a quaint, quiet, well-loved spot that many have enjoyed over the years. A block from the beach, shops, and Ben & Jerry's! Conveniently located close to the Isle of Palms Connector, it's a short drive to Mt Pleasant and the Towne Center shopping center and a 25 minute drive to downtown Charleston. There are many wonderful restaurants on the island, several which are within a very short walking distance. If you prefer to cook, this condo has a full kitchen with stove/oven, full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and a full compliment of small appliances, dishes and kitchenware. This home is well appointed for all your family and friends might need for a great stay at the beach. A great beach vacation doesn't get much easier or convenient than this. It's called Easy Breezy for good reason! Guest access Guests will receive email from Dreams N Druthers 7 days before arrival with specific instructions for entry. Parking passes are required and are also sent by email. Check in is 4pm, check out is 10am. Because there are always maintenance needs in our properties, check in times are not always flexible regardless of availability on the previous nights of arrival. If by chance the property is ready early, you will receive a text either the day before or the day of arrival. We do try to allow early access when we can. Other things to note ** COMMUNICATION: as an integrated partner on this booking site, please be aware that all future communications will come from Dreams N Druthers. Please be on the lookout. ** E-SIGNATURE CONTRACT: In addition to any contract you may have signed through an integrated partner (such as AIRBNB/VRBO). We require our own E-Signed contract to complete your booking. This allows us to include additional details we are unable to elsewhere. PLEASE NOTE THESE ANSWERS TO FREQUENTLY-ASKED QUESTIONS: **MINIMUM BOOKING AGE is 25. The person holding the reservation must be staying at the property. No 3rd party booking is allowed. **PRE-APPROVAL OF PETS REQUIRED Pets (DOGS ONLY) are allowed ONLY IN SELECT PROPERTIES. Breed/weight restrictions are applicable. PET FEES are $25/pet per night. DISCOUNT ON PET FEES AVAILABLE FOR SEASONAL RENTALS. PET POLICY Guests are responsible for adhering to pet policies provided in the contract as well as all Isle of Palms pet ordinances **MINIMUM NIGHTS Some of our properties have "minimum nights required" to make a reservation on weekends, holidays, and during the summer season. To check availability for a shorter stay, please send a message / inquiry. If it's possible, we'd be happy to accommodate you. ** CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT: Your reservation is confirmed when the initial payment is paid. Payment options are dependent on the cancellation policy and how far away you are booking your stay. For reservations made in advance of 30 days, the remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. Balances are deducted automatically from the card on file. In the event of payment failure, a grace period of 24 hours is given to remedy the payment. ** ITEMS PROVIDED: Soaps, linens, towels and starter paper products will be in your condo upon arrival. Routine linen and towel exchanges are not provided during your stay. Guests are responsible for replacing their own paper and soap products if starter amounts are used during their stay. It is not necessary to replace these for future guests. **SMOKING All of our properties are NO SMOKING properties. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please discard appropriately. Deposit will be forfeited and additional cleaning charges incurred if evidence of smoking indoors is found upon departure. THIS INCLUDES smoking by an open door or window so that smoke enters the condo. Please smoke away from these areas. **NOISE ORDINANCE Guests are responsible for following the Isle of Palms 10PM noise ordinance.
