Our 1930s terraced house with a small garden is located in the Rivierenwijk neighbourhood in Utrecht, about a 10-minute bike ride from the city centre. As a guest, you will truly be staying in our home with our dog Bobbie. We have free bicycles and kayaks for our guests, for which we ask a cash deposit of 150 euros per bicycle/kayak. The space The room is cosy and small (6m2), simple and clean with a lovely bed and is equipped with a Nespresso machine, a kettle and crockery, free snacks and sweets. There is also a small refrigerator with free welcome drinks. There is no TV. The bathroom is nice and spacious and you can use the towels and toiletries. Guest access You are a guest in the house where we also live. You can take off your shoes and coat after entering and hang them up on the coat rack downstairs. The two rooms are on the first floor. You can get there via the rainbow staircase :-) The bathroom is also on the first floor. The other rooms are not accessible, except on table d'hôtes evenings. You can smoke a cigarette on the street side of the house. In summer it is possible to eat in the garden. During your stay We can always be reached by telephone and if you have any questions at home, just knock on the living room door and we will be ready to help you with whatever it is.
