Adjacent are two bedrooms: one with a King bed and another with a Queen bed, sharing a full bathroom. Step outside to two covered patios, one offering a tranquil seating area and an outdoor shower. Second Floor: The spacious living room is furnished with a sofa and a loveseat,3 cushioned chairs . This area is perfect for gatherings. The open kitchen and dining area provide ample space for meals. The kitchen is well-equipped with essential appliances and expansive granite countertops. The dining area leads to a screened-in porch, ideal for enjoying sunsets. This level also includes a bedroom with a King bed and a full bathroom. Two decks are accessible from this floor: one at the back with dinning table and 4 chairs and another at the front overlooking the pool. Third Floor: The entire third floor comprises the master suite, featuring a King bed, a private sitting area, and large windows. A private area with a set of bunk beds and a TV provides additional sleeping space for the little ones. The master bathroom boasts double vanity sinks and a walk-in shower. Guest access Guests have full access to all areas of this luxurious house. Enjoy the private pool, perfect for a refreshing swim, and take advantage of the easy beach access for sun-soaked days. Inside, you'll have access to the spacious living areas, including the living room, dining area, and screened-in porch. The well-equipped kitchen is available for preparing meals.
