Enjoy a cozy and renovated home. Quiet neighborhood, free parking in front of the apartment. Fully equipped (TV/Wi-Fi/coffee maker/oven/washing machine/sheet/towels/shower gel...) You will find the famous Soulages Museum, the cinema, the Ruthénois breweries, the public garden 500 m away and continue on foot to the cathedral and the historic center. We pay special attention to your comfort and hope that the place will bring you complete satisfaction. The space The apartment is divided into 2 parts with on one side a large kitchen area with a table for 4 people/oven/refrigerator/microwave/kettle/Senseo coffee machine/toaster/induction stove🍞/kitchen utensils/storage/washing machine, vacuum cleaner... You have everything you need to cook (frying pan, saucepan, colander, dishes...) And on the other hand, in the same room, there is the night area and the living room with a dressing room/desk/television/140 cm bed/Bz bench (additional bed for 2 people). The bedding is new. We provide a baby cot for little ones. The bathroom has a storage cabinet, toilet, shower area 100 x 110 cm, thermostatic shower column, towel dryer... On sunny days you can enjoy and eat outside (garden table/2 chairs). Linens and towels are included (extra €15 if using the 2nd bed). All you have to do is put your bags down and enjoy😀
