The master bedroom on the top floor boasts an en-suite bathroom, offering extra privacy and convenience. • 𝗞𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗻 🔥 The large, fully-equipped kitchen is a chef's dream. It includes a 7-ring range gas cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, and a spacious fridge freezer with an internal water dispenser. Whether you're preparing a quick snack or a gourmet meal, you'll find everything you need right here. • 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺𝘀 🔥 On the ground floor, you'll find a family bathroom that's stocked with essentials and features privacy blinds and an extraction fan for your comfort. This is just a hold placed on the clients credit card which is released 3 days after checkout. You will receive a link over following your booking, and the pre-authorisation must be made before arrival to the property ✅ We are glad to say we have never had an issue so far in over two years of happy hosting! 🙌 Please also note our Pet policy. 🐾 We accept a maximum of one dog 🐕 per booking and there is an additional fee of £100.00 per stay which is used towards additional cleaning costs upon checkout. Please also note that the property is controlled by a central thermostat system called INSPIRE. ♨️ This advanced heating and cooling system allows us set a pre-determined heating schedule which creates the most environmentally friendly environment for our guests. Please be informed that you always have the ability to 'BOOST' the temperature at any time of the day or night through the supplied thermostat.
