The unobstructed view of the lake is beautiful!! The house is modern and tastefully furnished. The large bedroom upstairs offers a spectacular view of the swimming lake. Both the living room and the great bedroom upstairs feature a Smart TV. The wellness bathroom upstairs is equipped with a beautiful corner whirlpool tub and an infrared sauna. Here you can relax and unwind from the stresses of everyday life. The terrace facing the lake is covered, so you can wind down and enjoy the evening there... The house features: a spacious living room with a large dining table an open kitchen 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed 1 bedroom with 1 wide single bed 1 bathroom with shower on the first floor 1 wellness bathroom with shower, whirlpool tub, and infrared sauna on the upper floor A high chair is available for rent Another spacious swimming lake is located about a 2-minute walk away in the neighborhood; it also features a section for non-swimmers and is free to use. An even larger swimming lake is just under 2 km away. And a particularly great swimming lake with a water ski facility is located only about 8 km away. Within walking distance is a small restaurant with an outdoor terrace and a mini-golf course. In the Seepark, you can also rent a small heated indoor swimming pool (approx. 9 x 4 m) plus a Finnish sauna, all within walking distance. This can also be booked on-site. There is no pool in the vacation home itself. The nearest supermarkets are located about 2 and 3 km away, respectively, each with a bakery, in the town of Walchum. The nearest larger towns with big supermarkets, about 10 km away, are Dörpen, Haren, and Lathen. There are PLENTY of things to do in the area: Papenburg (the “Little Venice of the North”), the chic town of Leer, a quick trip to the coast (only about 110 km away), the Papenburg mega-shipyard, various amusement parks, and numerous lakes for swimming. It’s less than 10 km to the Netherlands. And for cyclists, this is a true paradise! Upon arrival, the beds will be made, and one large and one small towel will be provided for each booked guest. Two dish towels are also included in the linens package. Every vacation booking always includes a linens package. A high chair can be optionally added during the booking process. Group gatherings and parties are not permitted here! It is not possible to bring a dog or other pets to this vacation home.
