"Elise's House"

1 hr 45 min from Paris, 30 min from Le Mans and its circuit, 13 from the highway exit, discover this comfortable 22 m2 accommodation, entirely private. You will have direct access to a cozy living room. The staircase will lead you to a nice bedroom with double bed + single bed + wardrobe, to a fitted/equipped kitchen and a spacious shower room with toilet. A private garden will allow you to enjoy the beautiful days. Breakfast on request (+ €10). Possibility of an extra bed on the ground floor (+ €30). The space The accommodation is in our house but it is totally independent. In a residential area, close to the village and its shops, 150 meters from the heated swimming pool open in summer, a soccer field, a fitness trail, petanque court, river and a playground for children. The 12 m2 air-conditioned bedroom, the fitted and equipped kitchen in the hall area and the spacious private shower room with toilet are upstairs. The ground floor is equipped with a sofa bed and coffee table. You can enjoy the front of the house's garden. Parking in front of the house and possibility to use a closed garage on request. Pets are allowed if clean and well behaved, 1 pet per stay. Important clarification: the garden is not fenced, you must make arrangements for your pet. In addition, dogs must stay downstairs, except in exceptional circumstances, let's talk about it! See you soon! Other things to note Traditional breakfast with pastries, fresh bread, farm butter and jams, fruit juice or smoothies, farm yogurt. It will be served to you in your accommodation for an extra charge of 10 euros per person.
