Barefoot Oasis is an amazing escape from day-to-day life. This is a second home for us, so rest assured that all home comforts and amenities will be included. At Barefoot Oasis, we boast a spacious kitchen, three comfortable bedrooms, and plenty of large common areas that the whole family can hang out in. Complete with two balconies overlooking a majestic view of the ocean, easy beach access, and a relaxing outdoor shower, our beach house has it all. This house is great for families with children. Whether you're looking to build sandcastles by the beach all day or work on your tan while reading the latest Nicholas Sparks novel or simply sip coffee and view the sunrise over the water, this beach house has everything you could want and more. Holidays are important, and we know the trust you place in us when booking with us. We take pride knowing our home has everything you need so that all you have to do is relax and enjoy your much-needed vacation! And if you forgot to pack something, don't worry - everyone on Bolivar knows "If the Big Store doesn't have it, you don't need it!" BASIC RULES - Please read the following basic rules before booking and review the rental agreement. We want you to enjoy our home, but want to ensure you will treat it as well as you would treat a good friend's home. OCCUPANCY. We rent to SMALL rental parties - 5 adults maximum, or 6 guests total if including children. Families and responsible adults over 25 years of age are welcome. *** DOGS. NO dogs (or pets), not even the teeny tiny cute ones. *** PARTIES AND DAY GUESTS. NO parties, large family gatherings, proms, et cetera, smoking, or pets allowed. PARENTS - DO NOT rent on behalf of underage children. Doing any of the above will result in terminating the booking without refund, the deposit will be kept, and you will be asked to leave immediately. We are very strict on occupancy limits due to the high cost of damages associated with overworking our septic system, etc. Please disclose any DAY GUESTS at time of booking. Exterior security cameras on premises. If all of those basic rules are good, then keep on reading, because our house is perfect for YOU! Linens included, and beds are made, so all you need to do is unpack and relax upon arrival. Please bring beach towels, as they are not supplied, as well as personal care products. Bath towels must remain in the house. The kitchen is fully equipped - just bring your groceries. TVs in living room and all bedrooms, free Wifi. Lots of games, puzzles, books. Gas grill and outdoor seating. Grill must be wheeled outside the garage to be used on downstairs level only, and wheeled back in to the garage and locked up after each use to secure it. Guest is responsible for items missing due to not locking the garage or home up. Decorated with fun coastal decor, painted with serene, calming colors. Lots of games, puzzles, books, wifi, and TV for when you want to relax inside. Convenient outside shower to wash off the sand so it doesn’t track in the house. Beach chairs and sand toys available. Parking for three cars on driveway only, not in the street or on neighboring property. We are at the end of a private road, so very little traffic. The homes around us have permanent residents. SLEEPING: All bedrooms are upstairs. Bedroom 1 faces the Gulf, queen bed. Bedroom 2 queen bed. Bedroom 3 bunkbeds. 1 full bath upstairs with shower/tub. 1 full bath on main floor with shower.
