Welcome to our unique apartment in the heart of Arnstadt! This modern and newly furnished apartment was created from a former doctor's office and offers a unique holiday experience. The central location of the apartment makes it the ideal starting point for anyone who wants to explore Arnstadt and the surrounding area or work here. It is in close proximity to many of the city's restaurants, shops, and attractions. The space The accommodation has been furnished to a high standard for up to 5 people (3x bed, 2x sofa bed). It doesn't matter whether you're on holiday (for two or with the whole family), to relax or to work alone. You will always find everything to make you feel at home: A fully equipped kitchen, a light-flooded living room with a large wooden table for up to 5 guests, a comfortable sofa (can also be used as a sofa bed) and entertainment for cozy cinema evenings. There is also a separate workspace here. The bedroom has 2 beds (max. 3 people), each equipped with one of the best sleeping systems money can buy. You only get up when you have to! You will find a washer-dryer in the bathroom for washing the laundry. The accommodation is also ideal for long-term stays! Guest access The entire accommodation is available to you without restrictions. Other things to note You will find everything you need for a relaxing stay: A fully equipped kitchen (with stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer combination, coffee machine (including coffee pods), cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, and much more) for cooking like at home. Bathroom with fresh towels, shower and washer-dryer. Plenty of storage space for clothes and everyday necessities throughout the apartment. A comfortable, spacious corner couch to relax in front of the 65" smart TV with a sonorous soundbar. 2 beds equipped with the highest quality mattresses and cuddly soft bed linen.
