Allagash Splash is a rare two-family home located in the quiet beach neighborhood of Bonnet Shores in Narragansett, RI. Rent the whole house for your next getaway. The house is located one mile from the private neighborhood beach (Kelly Beach) and three miles from Narragansett Beach and the Pier Village. The TOP FLOOR has a full kitchen, full bathroom, living room, terrace, and three bedrooms (full bed, full bed, twin bunk). It sleeps 6 people. The BOTTOM FLOOR has a full kitchen, full bathroom, living room, patio, and two bedrooms (queen bed, full/twin bunk bed). It sleeps 5 people. Each unit is roughly 1,000 square feet and have 50” smart TVs, wireless internet, and air conditioning. Fresh linens (sheets and towels) are provided. There is an outdoor shower, fire pit, gas grill, washer/dryer, and cornhole boards. Plenty of wood for the fire pit is provided. There is a large storage shed where you will find various seasonal accommodations including chairs, coolers, yard games, umbrellas, toys, and a bike. (So you can travel light!) Guests will be greeted by a spotless house, custom guide to Narragansett, and a complimentary bottle of wine. The upstairs patio is adorned with comfortable chairs and tables for convenient outdoor meals. The yard boasts custom Adirondack chairs for leisurely backyard drinks. The outside is treated all summer long to eliminate mosquitos, tics and other bugs so you can enjoy time with family by the fire pit late into the night. There is a liquor store and pizza shop a short walk away, and the famous Brickley’s Ice Cream is a little further down the road. Off-street parking accommodates up to three cars comfortably (possible fourth car depending on size of cars). Please note that the two units do not connect from the inside.
