Guest access The property does not have a reception that is always open, which is why we ask you to inform us of an estimated time of arrival between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. The room will be ready from 2 p.m. and you can store your luggage for free before the usual check-in time (2 p.m. - 7 p.m.). For arrivals after 7 p.m., it is possible, upon request, to arrange an automatic 24-hour self check-in. To do this, it is essential that guests share with us, in advance, all copies of their identity documents before the arrival date. The apartment has a separate entrance, and all guests will have the keys to the apartment to be able to access it freely during their stay. It will be your home in Florence!
