A peaceful and spacious home with a terrace overlooking the garden, beaches and city center within 10 minutes by car, you will have everything you need to transform your stay into unforgettable moments. The space Ground floor: - Small living room overlooking the garden. - 1 bedroom with double bed and air conditioning. - 1 bedroom with double bed and air conditioning. - 1 toilet - 1 bathroom with shower. 1 st floor: - 1 large living room with air conditioning, non-convertible sofa and various armchairs, 1 TV, 1 fireplace. - 1 fully equipped kitchen open to the living room and giving access to the terrace. - 1 large terrace with a large dining table and a small barbecue (the barbecue is small). - 1 bedroom with double bed with a door overlooking the shared bathroom and air conditioning. - 1 bathroom with bathtub. - 1 toilet - A beautiful glass ceiling running through the entire hallway offering incredible brightness! Top floor: - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed + 1 small extra bed without sheets provided but you can use it if you need to. Outside there is a large garage where you will have access to store your beach gear or bicycles etc. There is also a washing machine. WARNING! You may come across a neighbor's cat who is used to coming into the house and garden. He is very nice, affectionate and does not relieve himself in the house. Guest access - You will have access to the entire house. - A welcome basket will be provided with all the essentials for comfort and hygiene such as sheets, towels, soap, shampoo etc. - Before your departure, we ask you to do a minimum of tidying and cleaning and not to leave the accommodation messy and dirty out of respect for the cleaning team who will come in, and to take out the trash if possible. Self check-in (code box) from 3 p.m. Check-out time is 10 a.m. Other things to note A 10-minute drive to the beaches and the port of Hyères. - 5 minutes by car from the center of Hyères. - Close to restaurants, supermarkets, and amenities. We remain fully at your disposal to provide you with information about our beautiful region before your arrival and during your stay.
