We can host additional guests, but this must be approved before your stay. • Our stunning 13m x 4.5m pool (not heated) has a shallow end of 0.5m and a deep end of 1.8m. Around it, you’ll find sun lounges perfect for soaking up the sun after a swim. ▪︎ Large alfresco area with dining table, lounge seating, and ping pong table — perfect for relaxing or gathering. ▪︎ A secluded BBQ area set amongst the trees, offering a private spot for outdoor cooking. ▪︎ Outdoor bar table with stools overlooking the lawn and fish pond — a great spot for morning coffee or evening drinks. ▪︎ Spacious backyard lawn, ideal for small games or simply enjoying the open space. Inside, all bedrooms, the living area, and the kitchen have ceiling fans. A Ventis air filtration system runs throughout the house, and the lounge room includes a reverse cycle air conditioner. 🌏 The Location Peaceful, country-like setting surrounded by nature. Just 12 minutes to Stockton Wharf and a short ferry ride to Newcastle CBD, where you’ll find plenty of restaurants to enjoy. Try thrilling quad biking or 4WD adventures on the famous sand dunes, play a round at local golf courses, have family fun at Oakvale Wildlife Park, or experience the action at Battlefield Laser Tag. Other things to note ⚠️ Please be aware that branches may occasionally fall from the trees unexpectedly, especially during windy conditions anywhere around the house. We recommend staying mindful when near or under the trees. ⚠️ Being surrounded by nature, you may notice some local wildlife like possums, frogs, mosquitoes, spiders, and other small creatures.
