The space Sunset Beach Villa is a luxury styled solid C5 rated building with a vaulted Natongora leaf ceiling and comes with first world comforts, like Netflix & Stan tv. Tastefully designed interior. Dream bathroom. A beautiful fully equipped outdoor kitchen will even satisfy the needs of a chef. You have ice on tap, a Nespresso machine, juicer, bullet, oven etc etc. Few homes have a luxury bed with a king-size 'tempur' mattress, guaranteeing, that once you slip into bed, you will enjoy a comfortable night's sleep and wake up to a beautiful aqua view and the sounds of local birds, jumping fishes and gently lapping water. A desk is available for those crazy partners who cannot resist a bit of work. Free Wifi included. The solar-powered property is totally off the grid yet comfortable enough that you hardly notice you are actually 'eco' living. If you are an early bird, you will see a turtle or dugong feed off your beach. Before sunset, you can watch fish jump as they race away from the GTs chasing them around in Surunda Bay. Other things to note Depending on the season you arrive, yachts may be moored in the bay. They are generally always quiet and respectful of our private residence. Safe snorkelling and kayaking in a quiet and serene bay. Explore our coral garden and find our favourite 'nemo' family closeby, or the local Lion Fish with his mates, an Octopus and banded snake, or venture further out to 'bommies' where you may spot more wildlife like turtles, stingrays and dugongs.
