Yours, Carmen and Daniel The space The approx. 43 m² modern and newly renovated apartment has a spacious living/dining room with a two-seater couch, a coffee table, an LED TV, a dining table for two people, as well as a kitchenette. The kitchen includes an oven, ceramic stovetop, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, fully automatic coffee machine, and kettle. The bedroom of the same size is equipped with a double bed (1.80 m wide), a desk and a cozy sitting area. The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink and hair dryer. There are also some board games available for entertainment (e.g. in bad weather). Underfloor heating, heating, and free Wi-Fi are available in all rooms. Follow fresh colors, interpreted in a modern, light and straightforward way. The full-surface window fronts mix living space with nature and create a diverse interplay of colors. The bedroom and the living room lead to the 24 m² covered southwest veranda and the garden overlooking the surrounding Black Forest landscape up to the Rohrhardsberg. The neighborhood has its own charm, with attention to detail and nature. The veranda is equipped with cozy lounge furniture and a sun lounger. Free public parking is available on the street outside the main house. Guest access Access to the apartment is not barrier-free, the apartment is located on level -2 (staircase). Bed linens, towels, dish towels, soap, toilet paper, tabs for dishwasher, hair dryer, electricity / water consumption, final cleaning, welcome drink [towel and bed linen change 1x per week] Basic supply of spices - vinegar - oil, etc. available Beverage service: free tea bar; available for a fee and for self-service soft drinks, beer and a selection of fine wines. Cancellation: We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to cover the costs in the event of a cancellation. Tourist tax: Per person and day from the 16th 1.90 euros, payable at check-out. All vacation guests are eligible for the KONUS guest card. The nearest town center is one and a half kilometers away, where you will find cafes, restaurants, clubs, bars, a grocery store, as well as the nearest public transport stop (train station). Various sports facilities are available: bowling alley (approx. 15 km), golf course (approx. 12 km), horseback riding (approx. 2 km), tennis court (approx. 2 km), soccer field (approx. 1 km), swimming pool (approx. 2 km), hiking trail (approx. 300 m).
