Located in Mansfield Residences just 30 minutes away from Clark International Airport, 10 minutes away from Holy Angel University and Nepo Center, 30 minutes away from Aqua Planet. Close to major hospitals, churches, schools and malls. Sm Telabastagan is just 10 minutes away! Use of the swimming pool, basketball courts, gym and other amenities are all inclusive! The space Living room has 1 2.5HP Brand New Daikin Aircon Each Bedroom has 1 HP Brand new Daikin Aircon By default, we will open 2 bedrooms only. For booking with more than 4 guests, we will open the 3rd bedroom. We don’t have washing machine for now. But we can recommend nearby laundry shop. Please bring your inside sleepers 😊 Guest access We have three bedrooms available. You may book up to 8 persons. The third room is locked by default and will be open for bookings of more than 4 guests. Iron, ironing board and hair dryer are available upon request. Please let us know before your check in date. Other things to note NO SMOKING inside the house please. The smells from cigarettes are very hard to remove. We will penalize guest and ask to pay equivalent to a night stay.
