Small cozy house on the bends of the Seine

No wifi Cosy house, on the banks of the Seine river, in the heart of the Boucles de la Seine National Park. The rental is located next to ours but it's not overlooked.There is a private terrace & seperate entrance as well as direct access to the walkway along the Seine(passing through our garden). Free parking. 1 dog + 1 cat live on the property but won’t bother you. The couch bed is suitable for children. The lake (with nautical activities):2km The village:1.5km Rouen: 25km Duclair:8km The space Small country house recently renovated which can host up to 4 people (1 double bed in the bedroom and 1 double couch bed in the living room which we suggest only for children, not for adults). A private terrace is accessible to enjoy the outdoors. For reservations for 2 people where the couch bed is required, there is a supplement of €10 for the bed linen for the couch. You can of course bring your own if you prefer. The sheets/blankets for the bed in the bedroom are included in the price. For reservations of 3 or 4 people, the linen for the bed and couch bed are already included in the price. Barbecue at your disposal but coal is not provided. The accommodation does not have internet. Animals are accepted (3 maximum). A supplement of €10 will be asked if you have more than 2 animals. Guest access You will have access to all the accommodation with its private terrace as well as a garden to practice an activity or simply to enjoy the surrounding calm. (It is a garden in a common area but which we do not use) The garden is next to the parking lot. Other things to note There is no wifi. The couch bed is suitable for children. Not really for adults. It is possible to practice fishing on the banks of the Seine (if you have a license). We have a dog and a cat who are always in our garden, but who won’t bother you. Barbecue at your disposal but coal is not provided.
