Nestled in the woods and located off the Chennai Bangalore highway between Sriperumbudur and Kanchipuram, Serene, a beautiful property just an hour from Chennai, ideal for family or friends get togethers. Relax in the charming swimming pool while enjoying BBQ and other treats poolside. Exclusivity provides a perfectly private space to enjoy this SERENE place. ALL MEALS, STARTERS, TEA, COFFEE AND SNACKS INCLUDED. Pets are welcome. The space Enjoy the entire property EXCLUSIVELY for your family or friends Use of swimming pool and other facilities. Group size 12 (min) to 40 (max). Check in 3 pm and check out at 3 pm the following day. All 3 meals, tea, coffee, snacks and starters included. BBQ dinner served poolside. Use of up to 20 AC rooms and AC Dining. Full service will be provided for food service and housekeeping. No other guests will be allowed entry into the property at any time during your group stay. TYPICAL PROGRAM: Arrive at 3 pm. Welcome drink and check in.  4 pm - tea, coffee and snacks served at the restaurant. Relax in the swimming pool and enjoy poolside. 7 pm onwards, enjoys snacks served poolside followed by BBQ dinner. Morning 8 am to 10 am breakfast will be served in the restaurant. (Optional trip to Kanchipuram for sightseeing old temple or shopping) Lunch will be served in the restaurant from 1 pm onwards. 3 pm tea, coffee will be served and farewell. Note : only extras that will be charged are for soft drinks if you do not bring your own, everything else is included in the package.
